Shipping Policy

All products in the shop are digital downloads. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED. 

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your item(s). 

PLEASE NOTE: When you click the link to download the file, it will not open (it may appear as if nothing is happening). Instead it automatically downloads to your computer or phone.

• For iPhones - Click the download arrow in the top right hand corner of your Safari Browser. The recent downloads will show in a drop down menu. Or you can find your downloads in the Files App under Recent.
• For Android - Swipe up to open the Android App drawer. Select My Files (or File Manager), then tap Downloads. Your recent downloads should be shown below.

You can also create a customer account to access your digital downloads. Create an account during check-out. Log in to your customer account after payment is processed to download your item(s).
