Shipping policy

All products in the shop are digital downloads. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED. 

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your item(s). Items can be downloaded up to 3 times within 1 year. After that we cannot resend download links.

DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS: When you click the link to download the file, it will not open (it may appear as if nothing is happening). Instead it automatically downloads to your computer or phone (but may take some time to complete). 

• For iPhones - Click the download arrow in the top right hand corner of your Safari Browser. The recent downloads will show in a drop down menu. Or you can find your downloads in the Files App under Recent.
• For Android - Swipe up to open the Android App drawer. Select My Files (or File Manager), then tap Downloads. Your recent downloads should be shown below.

You can also create a customer account to access your digital downloads. Create an account during check-out. Log in to your customer account after payment is processed to download your item(s).
